The hotel was fairly clean and the room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The place had a quiet atmosphere. It was in an absolutely incredible location with Cenote Zaci nearby...

The venue was clean and the staff were really helpful and attentive. It was huge, a nice size and with a nice bathroom. The location was magnificent and incredible for traveling around Valladolid, short walk to the square, restaurants and the centre, bus station and cenote Zaci.

This hotel had the perfect location, close to everything this city has to offer, including the main square. The room was pretty and clean, and it had everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to an extra blanket. The staff was attentive and friendly; they even stored my luggage after check-out. And parking on the street was allowed and free.
